2023 NTOU Graduation Ceremony

Notice for graduates’participation ceremony
Time：June 3, 2023 (Saturday) 17:30
Place：Recreation Building

1. To maintain the quality of the ceremony and show respect for all graduates, all participating graduates are kindly requested entrance on time, according to the scheduled time below： (Admission requires wearing a graduation gown, please pay attention to the dress code rules and do not wear slippers, sandals).
   (1) College of Maritime Science and Management：16：20-16：35。
   (2) College of Life Sciences、College of Ocean Science and Resource：16：35-16：50。
   (3) College of Engineering、College of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science：16：50-17：05。
   (4) College of Humanities and Social Sciences、College of Ocean Law and Policy：17：05-17：20。
2. The Tassel Turning representatives, the recipient representative, and the graduate representatives are requested to participate in the preview and listen to the procedure described at the designated right exit before 17:00 on the day of the ceremony.
3. The seating area for relatives and friends is located on the 2nd floor and has 670 seats. Admission will begin at approximately 16:20, and guests are requested to follow the on-site announcement. Relatives and friends of the graduates should enter through the entrance on the 2nd floor of the Recreation Building, follow staff instructions, and queue up. Seating is first-come, first-served, and seats are available until they are full. If the seating area reaches capacity, guests may watch the live broadcast of the graduation ceremony at Ocean Hall, Administration Building, Merchant Marine Building, or Yen-Ping Technology Building. The deadline for admission for the relatives and friends of the graduates is 17:20.
4. Free parking is available on the day of the ceremony for campus attendees. If the parking lot is full, please park your vehicle in one of the free parking lots around the campus. We recommend using mass transportation if possible. For related traffic information, please refer to the NTOU website homepage. Additionally, the university offers shuttle bus services on the day of the ceremony. Please refer to the detailed schedule below and feel free to take the shuttle bus.
