畢業生注意事項
Important Notes for Graduates
- 出席典禮須著 正式學位服 入場，禁止穿拖鞋、涼鞋，請畢業生及早借用學位服。 Dress Code：Graduates must wear formal academic regalia to attend the ceremony. Slippers and sandals are NOT permitted. Please arrange to borrow your academic gown in advance.
- 畢業生座位席次，將參考各畢業班級預估出席之畢業生人數進行配置。各學系（所）第一列為師長席，座位表將於典禮前夕公告於本校首頁 「115 級畢業典禮專區」，請依會場標示入座。 Seating Arrangements：Seating for graduates will be arranged based on the estimated number of attendees from each graduating class. The first row for each department (or institute) will be reserved for faculty members. The seating chart will be announced on the “Class of 115 Graduation Ceremony” section on the university homepage prior to the ceremony. Please follow the on-site signage for seating.
- 為確實掌握各畢業班級出席人數，以利進行座位整體安排，請各畢業班級代表於 115 年 5 月 1 日（星期五）前，至 「線上填報表單」 填報預估出席人數。如本屆參與人數不足或空位過多，將影響貴學系（所）下屆座位席次之分配。 Attendance Estimation：To ensure proper seating arrangements, each graduating class representative is required to submit the estimated number of attendees by Friday, May 1, 2026 (Year 115) via this form. Insufficient attendance or excessive empty seats may affect seat allocation for your department (or institute) in the following year.

績優獎項頒獎程序：
Outstanding Achievement Awards Presentation：
- 獎項為 學業成績優良獎、品德楷模獎、體育表現優異獎 及 課外學習表現優異獎 等 4 項。各獎項將推派受獎代表上臺接受校長頒獎。 The awards include: Academic Excellence Award, Moral Character Award, Outstanding Athletic Performance Award, and Extracurricular Achievement Award. A representative for each award will be selected to receive it from the president on stage.
- 學業成績優良獎、品德楷模獎及課外學習表現優異獎之受獎者，由各學系（所）自行規劃頒獎。 Recipients of the Academic Excellence Award, Moral Character Award, and Extracurricular Achievement Award will be arranged and presented by their respective departments (or institutes).
- 體育表現優異獎由體育室自行規劃頒獎。 The Outstanding Athletic Performance Award will be arranged and presented by the Office of Physical Education.

正冠暨頒發畢業證書程序：
Capping and Diploma Presentation Procedure：
- 博士班全體個別上臺接受校長正冠暨頒發畢業證書。 All doctoral graduates will individually go on stage to receive capping and their diploma from the university president.
- 碩士班（含碩士在職專班）、學士班（含進修學士班）、境外生，由推選之正冠代表上臺接受校長正冠暨頒發畢業證書。 For master’s, bachelor’s, and international students, a selected representative will go on stage to receive capping and the diploma from the president.
🎓臺下全體畢業生請配合司儀引導，原地接受師長正冠撥穗。 All other graduates will remain seated and follow the host’s instructions to receive the tassel-turning ceremony conducted by faculty members.

親友觀禮注意事項
Important Notes for Guests Attending the Ceremony
- 典禮當日開放校區免費停車，車位有限，滿場後將管制車輛入校，請將車輛另行停放至校區周邊免費汽車停車場，建議善用大眾運輸工具及本校接駁專車。相關訊息請參閱 【交通資訊】。 Parking Information：Free parking will be available on campus on the day of the ceremony. However, spaces are limited. Once the parking capacity is reached, vehicle access to the campus will be restricted. Please use nearby free parking lots or consider public transportation and the university shuttle service. For more details, please refer to the Transportation Information page.
- 校區周邊免費汽車停車位：小艇碼頭停車場 及 工學院後側停車場（各 50 個）。 Nearby Free Parking Lots：Free parking is available at the Yacht Pier Parking Lot and the rear parking lot of the College of Engineering (50 spaces each).

「115 級畢業典禮」於本校 育樂館 舉行：
Seating Arrangements for Guests：The ceremony will be held at the Recreation Hall.
- 1 樓為畢業生及師長席位，僅開放著學位服之師生入場。 The 1st floor is reserved for graduates and faculty, and only those wearing academic regalia are allowed to enter.
- 2 樓 為親友觀禮席位，開放 670 席。場地準備就緒即開放入場（約 16:00，請依現場公告為準），17:00 截止入場。 The 2nd floor is open to guests, with 670 seats available. Seating opens when the venue is ready (approximately 16:00; please follow on-site announcements). Entry closes at 17:00.
- 請畢業生親友至育樂館親友觀禮席入口處（1 樓），依循工作人員指引排隊入場、自由入座，額滿為止。 Guests should line up at the designated entrance on the 1st floor of the Recreation Hall and follow staff instructions for entry. Seating is unassigned and available on a first-come, first-served basis.
- 為維護他人觀禮權益，等候入場時禁止放置物品佔位。席位容納人數達上限後，請前往會場周邊親友休息室視訊觀禮。 To ensure fairness, reserving seats with personal belongings while waiting in line is not permitted. Once the seating capacity is reached, guests are kindly asked to proceed to nearby guest lounges to watch the ceremony via live broadcast.

為服務與會親友嘉賓，本校另設置 7 處親友休息室。場內開放空調、座位舒適，並同步轉播典禮實況。商船大樓 1 樓101演講廳及航管大樓 103 演講廳增設優先席，如有行動不便者或幼童隨行，建議至上述場地視訊觀禮。
Guest Lounges (Live Broadcast Available)：To accommodate guests, seven guest lounges will be available at the following locations. These venues are air-conditioned, offer comfortable seating, and provide a live broadcast of the ceremony. Merchant Marine Building Lecture Hall 101 and Navigation Building Lecture Hall 103 include priority seating; guests with limited mobility or accompanied by young children are encouraged to use these spaces.

- 會場內 全面禁止飲食，典禮進行時間為晚間用餐時段，建議於入場前先行用餐。 Food and Beverages：Eating and drinking are strictly prohibited inside the venue. As the ceremony takes place during dinner time, guests are advised to dine before entering.
- 無法到場的嘉賓可透過 「115 級畢業典禮專區」，觀賞典禮實況轉播。 Live Streaming：Guests who are unable to attend in person may watch the live broadcast via the “Class of 115 Graduation Ceremony” section on the university homepage.
